Capital Increase for Banque Du Caire (BQDC.CA)

The Listing Committee held on 10/01/2023 has approved to list the capital increase for Banque Du Caire, from EGP 5.250 billion to EGP 10 billion, the EGP 4.750 Billion capital increase (representing the 4th issuance) distributed over 2.375 Billion fully paid cash shares at a par value of EGP 2 per share, paid in cash through the Bank’s existing shareholders according to a Bank depositing receipt.
Shares of this capital increase shall be added to EGX’ database effective 16/01/2023 trading session. |
