Riyadh - Mubasher: The Chairman of Horizon Food Company, Alwaleed bin Khaled Alshathri, resigned from his position due to various reasons.
The resignation of the non-executive board member has been effective from 5 August 2023, according to a bourse statement.
It is worth mentioning that Horizon Food appointed Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Shetwey as its CEO as of 4 June 2023.
