With reference to GIS letter dated 10/03/2024 (attached), and in accordance with Article (22 and Article (40) of the Articles of Association of Gulf International Services, QatarEnergy, in its capacity as the Special shareholder in the Company's share capital has nominated its representatives on the Board of Directors for the next term of three years starting 11/03/2024 as follows:

1. Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. Dr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Mulla, Member
3. Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Mohannadi, Member.

The appointment of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors will be disclosed as soon as the relevant decision is taken.
