Riyadh – Mubasher: Obeikan Glass Company appointed Abdullah Abdulrahman Al Obeikan as its Chairman for three years.

The company also announced Abdullah Muhammad Al Humaidhi as Deputy Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

The board members greenlighted the appointments during their meeting that was held on 4 April 2024.

Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that commenced on 1 April 2024 and will remain in position until 31 March 2027.

Last December, Obeikan Glass unveiled cash dividends valued at SAR 64 million for 2023.
