In addition to the announcement of Meyar Company on the Tadawul website dated 12/18/1445 AH corresponding to 06/24/2024 AD, the company would like to clarify the fees of (Abdulaziz Saleh Al-Saleh, Yasser Zuman Al-Zouman and Khaled Fawzan Al-Fahd Certified Accountants and Auditors) as the company’s auditor from among the candidates based on the recommendation of a committee Audit, in order to examine, review and audit the semi-annual and annual financial statements for the financial year ending on 12/31/2024 AD, which is an amount of (133,000 Saudi riyals). |
