Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company (ALDREES) announces that it has purchased first tranche capital Sukuk denominated in US dollars issued from Riyad Bank, dated 01/10/2024G in the amount of 223.875 Million Riyals, equivalent to 59.700 Million Dollars, self-financing, with an expected return of 5.5% annually, for a period of five and a half years ,dividend distribution semi-annually, for purpose of diversifying investment opportunities and safe investment in Sukuks. |
