Edarat for Communication and Information Technology Co. (EDARAT) announces the award of a three-year framework agreement with the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority for Disaster Recovery (DR) and Managed Services.

The maximum value of the frame agreement shall not exceed 20,000,000 SAR (VAT Included).
Contract Details
The awarded framework agreement aims to enhance the IT continuity and resilience for ECZA. Edarat will analyze the production environment, develop the Disaster Recovery Target Architecture and define the Recovery objectives (RTO & RPO) based on workload criticality. The services include Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and Managed Services on Edarat Sovereign Cloud, in addition to other services.
