Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general assembly meeting of Alpha Dhabi Holding approved interim cash dividends valued at AED 2 billion for the first nine months (9M) of 2024.

The company will pay out a dividend of AED 20 fils per share before 26 December 2024, according to a bourse disclosure.

The shareholders greenlighted the board’s dividends proposal during their meeting on 27 November.

In the January-September 2024 period, Alpha Dhabi logged net profits worth AED 11.07 billion, down  4% year-on-year (YoY) from AED 11.64 billion.
