Reminder Announcement from Aldukheil Financial Group (“Aldukheil”) in Reference to the Inspection Period for the Transfer Document of Banan Real Estate Company (the “Company”)
In reference to the approval of Saudi Tadawul Group (Tadawul) on Banan Real Estate Company's (the “Company”) request for transferring from the Parallel Market to the Main Market which was obtained on Monday 16-05-1446H (corresponding to 18-11-2024G), and the Company’s announcement of the publication of the Transfer Document which was on Wednesday 18-05-1446H (corresponding to 20-11-2024G), Aldukheil Financial Group would like to remind investors and shareholders that Tuesday 02-06-1446H (corresponding to 03-12-2024G) is the last day for the inspection period. Thus, the Exchange will suspend the trading of the Company’s shares on Wednesday 03-06-1446H (corresponding to 04-12-2024G) for a period not exceeding five trading days and will begin the transition procedures to the main market.
