Riyadh – Mubasher: London-listed real estate developer Dar Global has launched Trump Tower Jeddah with investments valued at SAR 2 billion, according to a press release.

Designed to meet the need for more vibrant developments, the 47-floor tower became one of the city’s tallest residential towers.

The mixed-use development offers attractive facilities, including retail spaces, fitness centres, spas, and gourmet dining.

Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, highlighted: “Jeddah is undergoing a remarkable evolution, moving from traditional housing to dynamic high-rises, mixed-use developments that reflect modern living preferences.”
