Barwa Real Estate Company discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2024 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 1,236,149,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 1,229,251,000 for the same period of the previous year.

The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.318 as of 31st December , 2024 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.316 for the same period in 2033.

The board of directors proposed the distribution of a cash dividend of 18% of the shares’ par value at the rate of QR 0.18 per share. The proposed cash dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders’ general assembly.
