Shareholders registered through the Tadawulaty platform will be able to vote remotely on the agenda items of the general assembly meeting, through the (electronic voting) service, starting at 01:00 on Wednesday dated 25/10/1446 corresponding to 23/04/2025 until the end of the meeting time, registration and voting in Tadawulaty platform is available free of charge to all shareholders using the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa
Note that registration in Tadawulaty services and voting is available at no cost to all shareholders.
