Sama Health Water Factory Company announces the recommendation of its Board of Directors dated 10/24/1446 AH corresponding to 04/22/2025 AD to the Extraordinary General Assembly to approve the transfer of the balance of the company’s statutory reserve, which amounted to (3,058,653) three million and fifty-eight thousand and six hundred and fifty-three Saudi riyals as in the annual financial statements for the financial period ending on 12/31/2024 AD, to the balance of retained earnings. |
