With regard to the voting results on Item (5) of the AGM’s agenda, the Group would like to clarify that the audit fees for Deloitte & Touche and Partners, the auditor appointed by the AGM among other nominees, amounted to SAR 540,000 . |

It is worth noting that the audit fees for Deloitte & Touche and Partners mentioned above is the same fees disclosed in the Audit Committee's (AC) recommendation regarding the nomination of the Company’s external auditor, which was attached to the invitation for the AGM that was published on Tadawul website on April 9, 2025 in line with what was mentioned in the AGM’s results announcement related to item (5). |
