4) The Audit Committee’s recommendation to appoint the external auditor to review and audit the financial statements for the first, second, and third quarters, as well as the full year, of the 2025 financial year
5) Proposed amendments to the Audit Committee’s Charter
6) Proposed amendments to the Policy, Standards, and Procedures for Membership of the Board of Directors
7) Proposed amendments to the Remuneration and Compensation Policy for Board members, the Board’s sub-committees, and Executive Management
This is to enable shareholders to review all materials prior to the Assembly. |
