| Announcement Detail | Naba Al-Seha Medical Services Company is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders the commencement of electronic voting on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting. God willing, the meeting will be held virtually at 8:00 PM on Sunday, 27-11-1446 AH (corresponding to 25-05-2025 AD), using the Tadawulaty system.
Electronic voting will also be available to shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty system from 1:00 AM on Wednesday, 23-11-1446 AH (corresponding to 21-05-2025 AD), and will continue until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
