| Latest Developments Of The Announced Event |
DSFH has now signed a construction contract with AHC, marking the formal ground-breaking of the project and setting the path toward the Center’s scheduled delivery. Under the ownership of Yaser Yousef Naghi for Investment Company (lessor) and the oversight of DSFH (tenant), AHC will complete all construction and finishing works for the Zahra Medical Center. The medical equipment and furniture will be provided separately by DSFH in line with the Framework Agreement. |
