Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Steel Pipe Company named Mohammed AbdulAziz AbdulRahman Al Shayea as the board’s Chairman for the next three years, according to a bourse filing

The firm also named Carlos A. Ferreyra as the Vice Chairman for the upcoming term that began on 7 June 2025.

Renwar Berzinji was announced as the Managing Director as well as the CEO.

Meanwhile, the three officials will remain in position until 6 June 2028.

In the three-month period that ended on 31 March 2025, Saudi Steel Pipe generated net profits valued at SAR 69 million, down 9.21% from SAR 76 million a year earlier.
