Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jouf Cement Company appointed Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Falih and Hani bin Sulaiman Al Saleh as the board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.  

The two officials will remain in position for the current board term that will end on 5 August 2027, according to a bourse filing.

On the other hand, Riyadh Development Company announced Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf as the board’s Chairman

Ibrahim bin Saad Al Muajjil was named as the Vice Chairman, according to a separate bourse filing.

They took over their roles for a new board term that commenced on 2 July 2025 and is scheduled to end on 24 June 2029.
