Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) with a combined value of EGP 67 billion through two auctions on Sunday, 13 July.
The first tranche was valued at EGP 27 billion, holding a tenor of 91 days until 14 October this year, according to official data.
The second issue stood at EGP 40 billion and will mature in 273 days on 14 April 2026.
On 10 July, the CBE issued T-bills worth EGP 80 billion through two offerings.
