Modon records AED 10bn sales in H1-25 backed by global expansion

Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Modon Holding generated net profits after tax valued at AED 2.11 billion in the first half (H1) of 2025, compared to AED 8.73 billion in the year-ago period.

Revenues amounted to AED 6.54 billion at the end of June 2025, higher year-on-year (YoY) than AED 2.18 billion a year earlier, according to the financial results.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) plummeted to AED 0.12 in H1-25 from AED 0.62 in H1-24.

The real estate sales hit AED 10 billion, while the revenue backlog reached AED 33 billion across all segments.

Modon has moved forward on its 170.80 million square meters Ras El Hekma project in Egypt, while making strategic progress at Spain’s La Zagaleta estate through land sales, further diversifying and strengthening its global real estate platform.

Financials for Q2-25

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Modon registered AED 881.14 million in net profit, up YoY from AED 328.88 million.

The revenues hiked to AED 2.93 billion in Q2-25 from AED 1.64 billion in April-June 2024, while the basic and diluted EPS climbed to AED 0.05 from AED 0.02.

Abdulla Al Sahi, Group Managing Director of Modon Holding,  said: “Continued expansion into priority markets such as the UK and North America, alongside targeted growth across Egypt and Spain, reflects our commitment to building a future-ready portfolio with global reach.”

“These moves strengthen our asset base and enhance our ability to drive long-term, sustainable value creation,” Al Sahi highlighted.

In 2024, the group logged net income worth AED 9.38 billion, while the revenues hit AED 6.51 billion.
