Empower’s net profits exceed AED 402.5m in H1-25

Dubai - Mubasher: Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) posted higher net profits after tax at AED 402.66 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, up 3.40% from AED 389.52 million in H1-24.

Revenue grew to AED 1.45 billion in H1-25 from AED 1.35 billion in H1-24, according to the financial results.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.039 in the first six months (6M) of 2025, up year-on-year (YoY) from AED 0.038.

Financial Statements for Q2

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Empower’s net profits reached AED 257.84 million, an annual increase from AED 224.02 million.

The revenues surged to AED 913.47 million in Q2-25 from AED 813.83 million in April-June 2024, while the basic and diluted EPS rose to AED 0.025 from AED 0.022.

Empower’s annual assembly meeting approved cash dividends of AED 437.50 million for H2-24. The company paid out 4.37 fils per share, equivalent to 43.75% of the company’s paid-up capital.

The distribution was completed in April 2025 following shareholder approval at the March AGM.

In Q1-25, Empower registered net profits after tax worth AED 144.81 million, marking an annual rise from AED 165.50 million in Q1-24.
