Riyadh - Mubasher: The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) registered 11.05% higher net profits after Zakat attributable to shareholders at SAR 729.10 million during the first half (H1) of 2025, compared to SAR 656.50 million in H1-24.
Insurance revenues amounted to SAR 10.34 billion as of 30 June 2025, an annual jump of 17.60% from SAR 8.79 billion, according to the interim financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 4.86 in H1-25 from SAR 4.38 in the same period last year.
Results for Q2
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the company recorded a 1.65% year-on-year (YoY) growth in profits, reaching SAR 467.41 million when compared to SAR 459.81 million.
Insurance revenues hiked by 18.44% to SAR 5.22 billion during April-June 2025 from SAR 4.41 billion in Q2-24.
On a quarterly basis, the Q2-25 profits soared by 78.61% from SAR 261.69 million in January-March 2025, while the revenues increased by 2.04% from SAR 5.12 billion.
