Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits of Bawan Company soared by 66.20% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 86.87 million in the first half (H1) of 2025 from SAR 52.27 million.

Revenues jumped by 23.73% to SAR1.87 billion as of 30 June 2025 from SAR 1.51 billion in H1-24, according to the financial results.

The earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 1.45 in H1-25 from SAR 0.87 in January-June 2024.

Results for Q2-25

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the company posted 117.87% YoY higher net profits at SAR 50.37 million, versus SAR 23.12 million in Q2-24.

Bawan generated revenues valued at SAR 966.14 million in April-June 2025, an annual leap of 52.73% from SAR 632.56 million.

Quarterly, the Q2-25 profits jumped by 37.98% from SAR 36.50 million in Q1-25, while the revenues climbed by 6.14% from SAR 910.17 million.
