Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The net profits after tax of Abu Dhabi Ports Company (AD Ports) hit AED 908.26 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, an annual rise of 8% from AED 838.83 million.
The group generated 17% year-on-year (YoY) higher revenues at AED 9.42 billion in H1-25, compared to AED 8.06 billion, according to the financial results.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) amounted to AED 0.14 at the end of June 2025, up from AED 0.13 a year earlier.
Quarterly Results
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, AD Ports registered AED 444.76 million in net profit after tax, marking a 1% growth from AED 438.70 million in Q2-24.
Revenues jumped by 15% YoY to AED 4.82 billion in Q2-25 from AED 4.18 billion.
Basic and diluted EPS reached AED 0.07 in the three-month period that ended on 30 June 2025.
At the end of March 2025, AD Ports recorded 16% higher total net profits at AED 463.50 million, compared to AED 400.13 million in Q1-24.
