Sama Health Water Factory Company announces that the Board of Directors approved, on 01/12/1447 AH (corresponding to 07/07/2025 AD), the resignation of the Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Mu'ayyad Anwar Fath El-Din Dwairi, which he submitted on 07/05/2025 AD due to personal circumstances. The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mu'ayyad Anwar Fath El-Din Dwairi for his efforts during his membership on the committee, wishing him success and prosperity. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Yasser Mohammed Al-Sayed Hashem as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee (an independent member from within the Board), effective 07/07/2025 AD, to complete the remaining statutory term of the current committee term. |
