| Additional Information | The eligibility for dividends shall be for shareholders who own shares at the close of trading on the eligibility date and are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
Accordingly, the company would like to announce to its valued shareholders that dividends will be distributed automatically by depositing into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks, through Saudi Fransi Bank.
We also draw the attention of non-resident foreign investors to the cash dividends that are transferred through a financial intermediary, the values that take place upon transfer, or when they are credited to their account for withholding tax at a rate of 5% according to Article (68) of the tax system and Article (63) of its executive regulations.
The company calls on its valued shareholders to update their data and ensure that bank account numbers are linked to investment portfolios to ensure that their profits reach without delay.
