RAYA CX registers 41% lower consolidated net profits in H1-25

Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Customer Experience (RAYA CX) posted EGP 145.12 million in net profits after tax in the first half (H1) of 2025, lower by 40.90% from EGP 245.35 million in H1-24.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) reached EGP 0.58 as of 30 June 2025, an annual growth from EGP 0.37, according to the financial statements.

The company generated revenues amounting to EGP 1.31 billion in H1-25, reflecting a 4.50% year-on-year (YoY) increase from EGP 1.26 billion.

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the consolidated net profits shrank by 41.50% to EGP 79.36 million from EGP 135.66 million in Q2-24.

Revenues climbed by 7.40% to EGP 683.55 million in April-June 2025 when compared to EGP 636.20 million, whereas the basic and diluted EPS rose to EGP 0.32 from EGP 0.17.

Standalone Results

The non-consolidated net profits after tax of RAYA CX hit EGP 33.46 million in the first six months (6M) of 2025, an annual plunge from EGP 178.08 million.

Standalone revenues stood at EGP 676.52 million in H1-25, versus EGP 594 million in H1-24. Meanwhile, the basic and diluted EPS declined to EGP 0.15 from EGP 0.77.

In Q2-25, standalone net profits decreased to EGP 16.20 million from EGP 33.53 million in Q2-24, while the revenues hiked to EGP 357.93 million from EGP 285.63 million.

Alaa El-Khishen, CEO of RAYA CX, commented: “In H1-25, we broadened our portfolio with the launch of our consultancy services business line, which will enable us to provide clients with deeper strategic insights, tailored solutions, and added value beyond traditional outsourcing.”

El-khishen added: “Regionally, we continue to solidify our presence in the GCC region. In Saudi Arabia, we are taking strategic steps toward fully utilizing our existing facilities.”

“In addition, we are launching a new site at Crystal Plaza, a state-of-the-art facility that will strengthen our service capacity, offer a modern and inspiring workspace, and position us to capture the growing demand for high-quality outsourcing services in one of our key markets,” the CEO emphasized.

On 22 September 2024, the board of RAYA CX approved a plan to establish a company in the UK.
