Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) worth EGP 65 billion through two auctions on Sunday, 24 August.
The first offering stood at EGP 25 billion and will mature in 91 days on 25 November 2025, according to official data.
The second tranche was valued at EGP 40 billion, carrying a 273-day tenor until 26 May 2026.
On 21 August, the CBE issued T-bills at a combined value of EGP 80 billion through two tranches.
