Marble Design Factory Company announces that its Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 15/03/1447H (corresponding to 07/09/2025G), has recommended to the Extraordinary General Assembly to approve the transfer of the entire balance of the statutory reserve of the company, which amounts to SAR 7,877,149 (Seven million eight hundred seventy-seven thousand one hundred forty-nine Saudi Riyals), as reflected in the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31/12/2024 and the interim consolidated financial statements as of 30/06/2025, to the retained earnings account.
