ALDAR
Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties has sold out all 450 townhomes at Al Deem on Yas Island, securing more than AED 1.80 billion in sales.
The launch drew strong demand from Emirati buyers, with 68% of sales completed by men and 32% by women, according to a bourse filing.
First-time Aldar customers accounted for 56% of buyers, with repeat customers completing 44% of sales. Meanwhile, 63% of all buyers plan to live in the community.
Located in northeast Yas Island, Al Deem features three- and four-bedroom townhomes, including 26 live-work homes, the first of their kind in the UAE.
The project will include schools, a mosque, health and community centers, retail, sports facilities, and an 8.20 km cycling track.
Additionally, two new bridges will link Al Deem to Yas Island, enhancing connectivity to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Zayed International Airport.
In the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2025, Aldar logged an annual rise of 24% in net profits after tax to AED 4.10 billion, versus AED 3.32 billion.
