Riyadh - Mubasher: Building Construction Company, a subsidiary of Retal Urban Development Company, has inked a SAR 461.90 million contract with ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, on 14 October.

The 28-month contract aims to design and build a residential project within the SEDRA community in Riyadh, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the development scheme involves the construction of six multifamily buildings, including related electromechanical works, infrastructure, and landscaping.

The positive financial impact of the contract is expected to appear during the execution of the project, spanning 2026, 2027, and 2028.

Last June, Retal unveiled two key appointments for its new board term, running from 26 May 2025 to 25 May 2029.
