Riyadh - Mubasher: Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) shifted to net losses of SAR 442.60 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, versus net profits of SAR 406.20 million in 9M-24.
Revenues decreased by 1.50% to SAR 5.24 billion as of 30 September 2025 from SAR 5.32 billion in 9M-24, according to the financial results.
Loss per share reached SAR 0.61 in 9M-25, compared to earnings per share (EPS) of SAR 0.56 in the same period of 2024.
Financial Statements for Q3-25
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, Sipchem incurred net losses valued at SAR 468.70 million, against net profits of SAR 103.20 million in Q3-24.
The revenues hit SAR 1.36 billion in the July-September 2025 period, lower by 16.06% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 1.62 billion.
Quarterly, the Q3-25 net losses widened by 177% when compared to SAR 169.20 million in Q2-25, while the revenues dropped by 28.36% from SAR 1.90 billion.
