Cairo - Mubasher: Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) reported EGP 2.35 billion in consolidated net profits as of 30 September 2025, an annual leap from EGP 941.67 million.
Operating revenues surged to EGP 10.62 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025 from EGP 6.28 billion in 9M-24, according to the financial statements.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) amounted to EGP 1.82 at the end of September 2025, compared to EGP 0.72 in the corresponding period of 2024.
Standalone Results
In 9M-25, the EGX-listed company posted year-on-year (YoY) higher non-consolidated net profits valued at EGP 1.32 billion, compared with EGP 156.77 million.
Total operating revenues hit EGP 7.74 billion in 9M-25, marking a YoY increase from EGP 2.48 billion. Basic and diluted EPS grew to EGP 1.02 from EGP 0.12.
Financial Statements of Q3
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, SODIC recorded consolidated net profits valued at EGP 1.05 billion, higher YoY than EGP 312.10 million.
The consolidated operating revenues jumped to EGP 5.84 billion in the July-September 2025 period from EGP 2.34 billion in Q3-24.
Meanwhile, the company registered an annual rise in standalone net profits to EGP 930.11 million when compared to EGP 110.89 million.
In the first half (H1) of 2025, SODIC achieved net profits after tax of EGP 1.30 billion, which marked a 107% YoY hike from EGP 2.34 billion.
