Element List Explanation
Announcement Detail ADES is pleased to announce that it has received resumption notices for one of its offshore contracts and several onshore contracts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”).

The offshore contract is expected to commence in January 2026, and in order to efficiently meet its client’s needs, ADES has elected to deploy Admarine 510 to fulfill the resumption notice, which had recently been awarded a contract in Cameroon and is currently undergoing preparation in Bahrain in close proximity to KSA. Meanwhile in West Africa, ADES will deploy Admarine 501 to fulfill the Cameroon award upon completion of the rig’s current six-month contract (firm + option) in Nigeria, thereby prolonging the rig’s visibility for the potential duration of two years. These redeployments highlight ADES’ strong global platform and fit-for-purpose fleet, which enable the Company to rapidly mobilize assets, optimize utilization, and capture opportunities across key markets.

In addition to the offshore contract resumption, a few of ADES' temporarily suspended onshore rigs in Saudi Arabia (as previously disclosed in the Group’s 1H 2025 Earnings Release) are also being reinstated. Together these resumptions reaffirm the Company’s long-term confidence in its home market. Overall, the return of rigs in KSA comes amid continued strength in global market fundamentals, with contracted jackup utilization rates holding above 90 percent and day-rates remaining firm.
