The Palestine Development and Investment Company Limited (PADICO) and the Palestine Development and Investment Company Limited, which hold (5) five seats on the Board of Directors of the Palestine Industrial Investment Company, submitted their resignation from the Board in light of the duly disclosed share sale deal, which resulted in the sale of the entire shareholding of the Palestine Development and Investment Company Limited (PADICO) in the Palestine Industrial Investment Company.
