Riyadh - Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) renewed a Shariah-compliant bank facility agreement valued at SAR 135 million with Gulf International Bank (GIB).

The loan will be utilized for new awarded projects, including the issuance of letters of guarantees, letters of credit, and invoice financing, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the financing deal is valid until 30 October 2026.

GIB also granted SAR 10 million to Purity for Information Technology Company until 27 November 2026.

The facility aims to support the company’s working capital needs and operational obligations, in addition to contributing to the execution of current and future projects.

The two agreements are secured, on 9 December 2025, by a promissory note covering the total value of the facility.
