Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (Egytrans) registered an annual drop of 43.60% in net profit after tax to EGP 111.28 million during the first nine months (9M) of 2025, compared to EGP 197.14 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) fell by 44% to EGP 0.71 in 9M-25 from EGP 1.26 in the corresponding period of 2024, according to the financial statements.

Revenues reached EGP 901.92 million in the January-September 2025 period, which signaled a 55.40% year-on-year (YoY) surge from EGP 580.30 million.

Earlier this month, the company’s shareholders approved changing the company’s name to Egytrans Nosco from Egytrans.
