The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 164 held on 03/02/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT BOARD MEETING HELD ON 03 FEBRUARY 2026

 

Board of directors in their meeting held on 03 February 2026, have

 

1.       Approved the draft audited financial statements for the year ended 31/12/2025, having profit after tax of OMR 379,859 (Previous year OMR 365,556) and net worth of OMR 2,451,217  (Previous year end OMR 2,235,299).

2.       Proposed for distribution of cash dividend of OMR 0.0125 per share of OMR 0.100 (12.50%) and stock dividend of 5 shares for every one hundred shares held (5%).

 

Financial statements and declaration of dividend are subject to approval by shareholders in annual general meeting of the company, scheduled on 16 March 2026.

 

After approval by shareholders in annual general meeting, Muscat Clearing & Depository SAOC would commence distribution of cash dividend from 25/03/2026.
