Bank Nizwa SAOG announces resignation of Mr. Mohammed Hamed AL Hashmi - Assistant General Manger -Chief Compliance Officer for personal reasons.

 

 

The Bank has accepted his resignation and his last working day at the bank will be February 10^th, 2026.

 

It is to inform as well that the bank has already commenced upon filling this position and will update accordingly in the due course.  Moreover, the Bank assures that it has in place an effective succession plan for all key Executives to carry out its operations.

 

We sincerely value all the efforts lent by Mr. Mohamed during his service tenure with the Bank and we extend our best wishes for his future endeavors.
