Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of United International Holding Company (Tasheel) reached SAR 273.64 million in 2025.

The 2025 results were higher by 23.05% than SAR 222.38 million in 2024, according to the financial results.

The earnings per share (EPS) totaled SAR 10.90 as of 31 December 2025, compared with SAR 8.90 a year earlier.

Revenues hiked by 23.38% to SAR 769.47 million by the end of 2025 from SAR 623.67 million in 2024.

On 4 May 2025, United International Holding announced the change of its trading name to Tasheel instead of UIHC to improve recognition and usage of its trading name by the shareholders.

Meanwhile, in January 2026, Cairo-based fintech NowPay entered the Saudi market through NowAccess, a newly established joint venture (VC) with the consumer finance arm of United International Holding.
