Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) has signed a SAR 519.65 million contract with the National Water Company (NWC) to provide IT managed services.

The five-year agreement tasks solutions with end-to-end management, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of NWC’s ICT environment, according to a bourse filing.

This includes infrastructure, applications, and end-user support, ensuring high performance, availability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Under the deal, solutions will deliver services across all NWC applications and environments to maintain business continuity in accordance with agreed-upon service levels and aligned with ICT operations governance excellence directions.

The financial impact of the contract is expected to begin reflecting on the listed company’s financial statements from the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

During 2025, the Tadawul-listed company posted SAR 1.50 billion in net profits attributable to the shareholders, lower by 5.89% than SAR 1.59 billion in 2024.
