Cairo - Mubasher: Beltone Holding has launched a new private equity platform aimed at offering growth-stage capital to companies seeking advanced expansion phases.

This launch marks a strategic step in strengthening its multi-stage investment ecosystem, according to a press release.

The platform will support businesses transitioning from venture-backed growth to institutional-scale investment. It will operate alongside Beltone Venture Capital to create a fully integrated funding pathway from pre-seed to pre-IPO across the region.

The new private equity arm will be led by Ali Mokhtar, the CEO and Managing Partner of Beltone Venture Capital. Mokhtar will oversee the platform's investment strategy as part of the group’s broader effort to position itself as a long-term capital partner for scaling startups.

The launch builds on Beltone Venture Capital’s track record in backing early-stage, high-growth companies.

In late January, the venture arm participated in Moroccan proptech startup Yakeey’s $15 million Series A funding round.

Earlier this month, Beltone denied having any information regarding a potential stake acquisition by UAE-based Al Ansari Financial Services.
