Approvals made in Board of Directors meeting held on 23rd February 2026
The Board of Directors of Arabia Falcon Insurance Company (SAOG) met on Monday, 23
rd
February 2026 and the following approvals were made:
1-
The Board of Directors of the Company reviewed and approved the Audited Financial Statement of the company for the year ended 31 December 2025 as recommended by Audit & Risk Committee.
The net profits of the company amounted to RO 2,276,757.
2 2- The Board of Directors of the Company approved the Board of Directors Report, Corporate governance report and the Management Report.
3-
The Board of Directors of the Company approved the agenda of the AGM which will be held on 31st March 2026 at 7:00pm.
*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
