The Board of Directors of OQ Gas Network SAOG the (“Company”) met on 31 March 2026 to form the Board of Directors and its subcommittees, following the Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2026. The Board decided the following:

·       Appointment of Mr. Abdulwahhab Abdullah Al Hinai as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

·       Appointment of Mr. Ayad Ali Al Balushi as Deputy Chairman for the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Board also approved the establishment of the following Board committees:

First: Audit and Risk Committee

·       Mr. Fathi Abdullah Al Bulushi – Chairperson.

·       Mr. Ayad Ali Al Balushi – Member.

·       Mr. Irfan Mian – Member.

Second: Nomination and Remuneration Committee

·       Ms. Raiya Salim Al Salmi – Chairperson

·       Mr. Sultan Hamed Al Bartamani – Member.

·       Mr. Ben De Waele – Member.

Third: Executive Committee

·       Mr. Abdulwahhab Abdullah Al Hinai- Chairperson.

·       Mr. Sultan Hamed Al Bartamani – Member.

·       Mr. Ben De Waele – Member.
