The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 23/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Decision of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results for Quarter 1 ended 31^st March 2026.

 

The un-audited Financial Statements for the Quarter-1 ended 31^st March 2026 were approved by the Board of Directors of A’SAFFA FOODS SAOG in the meeting held on Thursday April 23,2026.

 

Performance Review

 

Sales for the 1st Quarter ended 31st March 2026 was RO. 16,619,950/- as compared to RO. 14,743,913/- during the same period of 2025. The Net Profit (consolidated) for the period ended 31st March 2026 was RO. 1,249,760/- as compared to net profit (consolidated) RO. 1,691,574/- for the same period of 2025.
