The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 26/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Construction Materials Industries SAOG advises the Financial Service Authority (FSA), the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) and the Investors’ Community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26th April 2026: The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited interim financial statement of the Company for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026 along with the Board of Directors’ Report and all will be uploaded to Muscat Stock Exchange website. |
