The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2/2026-346 held on 28/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Unaudited Financial Statements for the three months ended 31st March 2026 

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Oman Cement Company (SAOG) has approved the unaudited financial statements of the company for the three months ended 31st March 2026 in its meeting held on 28th April 2026.

1.The Company has recorded a total revenue of RO 18.031 million in the three months ended 31st March 2026 as compared to RO 17.929 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.  

2.The profit before tax is OMR 4.180 million in the three months ended 31st March 2026 as compared to OMR 3.515 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.

3.The profit after tax is OMR 3.524 million in the three months ended 31st March 2026 as compared to OMR 2.986 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.
