The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 29/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Board of Directors’ resolutions’ disclosure

 

Phoenix Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 29 April 2026:

 

1.    Approval of the unaudited financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2026 together with the Board of Directors’ Report.

 

2.    Appointing Mr. Antonio Garcia Avellaneda as a member in Audit Committee replacing Mr. Adrian Röthlisberger.
