The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 30/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Resolution of Board meeting

The Board of Directors of OQ Gas Networks SAOG the (“Company”) met on 30^th April 2026 and approved the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended 31^st March 2026 which will be made available on the Company’s page on the MSX website.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
